its white to move. queen takes rook is a possible move. i think i got the fen right. i loaded it onto the icc with loadfen command and it worked. The position was bad for pulsar i know but when pulsar did queen takes rook it made it much worse. mate in 5 after queen takes rook and only after a pulsar throws away its queen to delay the mate. On the icc the colors were reversed and it was black to move in the actual game but i did the fen as white to move and pulsar was white. As i stated it shows the correct positon and side to move, pulsar, when i did the loadfen command with this string on icc.
