Subject: CM8k Question for John

   As a quick test of ply 12: How long does it take to hit ply 14 after
1.a4 <a no booker for CM>, and with what ttables,ram and cpu?
   Really do miss the game setup ply search (use for research), and the door
that was closed in 6k and 7k that will not allow the rapid modification of the
playing personality in a game (must modify, deselect it, then reselect it for
the change to be effective... very time consuming, thus prohibitive during real
play).   Thx
