Thx I'm a little confused by your terminology, but I THINK you are asking how long it takes the Chessmaster personality to reach depth 14 if its selective search parameter is set to 12. If that is what you're asking, here's my results: With a Beta build of Chessmaster 8000, Selective Search = 12, Hash Table size of 32 MB, on a PIII-600, it took 20 minutes and 11 seconds to return a PV for depth 14. jm
