I would like to see more of these kind of positions posted here. Chess fans are so used to marvelling at nice sacrifices and brilliant checkmates. Those happen with much less frequency than the kind of position in your example. If others have these kinds of positions with dubious or poor sacs, please post them. Here is one position from a recently posted game from Harold Faber, between Beta Tiger II and Shredder 4. Black definitely should avoid Ng4xf2. A retreat to h6 or f6 is best.
