I agree Howard! A nice position from Vincent. I already posted my Favourite
test-position a while ago, the position after 22.Rb5 in the Rebel-Michael Rohde
game,
[D]1r2r2k/1p4pp/1q1p4/1R1B1p2/1pPp4/4P1Pb/1P3P1P/Q3R1K1 b - -
best move is 22. ..Qb6-d8!, move to avoid is 22. ..Qb6-a6. I'm not sure how to
put that in EPD correctly now. I agree it's more of a long-term tactical
position but ideally it is better to have a mix I think. That would be three
positions already, some more and we can make a real Anti Testsuite!
A not so clear candidate might be the position after 1.Bxh7+ in Harold's
classical bishop sac from the thread somewhere below. Mention this because Q5T,
-I'm back to Q5T because at least that does not play the strange 1.a2-a4 in
Vincent's anti position that Y2 showed up with-, but Black flatly refuses to
accept the offered bishop in its main line. I know that Q5T does not really play
chess, it is more like some entity from another planet visiting earth. Maybe I
should call the personality Spock, or Stardust! ("We call her 'Dusty'. The !
because she is really of zeroes and ones"). Quite probably not taking the piece
loses still faster but that is what it says:
