I agree with you that the Rebel personalitys that are tuned to rapidly find tactical solutions are not great chess players. It makes one appreciate the work programmers do in creating a balanced program. Weighing all the different parameters must really be a challenge. With Q3 and all variants that boost the King safety, attacking, and attractiveness settings one gets the feeling that in a game they would never reach a tactically won position, as they would so grossly mis-manage their thinking time on pondering bizarre moves. What are your Q5T engine settings for Rebel Century?
