I think that they should not be allowed to forbid publishing your results.
The threat by low case is not going to convince more customers to buy shredder
so I suggest millenium to stop it.

I understand that the version(Shredder4.16) is better than shredder4 but not
exactly Shredder5(beta) so they have the right to ask you not to use the name
Shredder5(beta).

It is interesting to find how many moves of Shredder(london) can be reproduced
by Shredder4.16 in order to try to get some information about the difference
between Shredder4.16 and Shredder(london).
