After all the games I played, I think that right now Tiger II would be on top of
the SSDF list, which means an increase in comp-comp strength bigger than the 30
to 50 Elo points you mention.

In my opinion, Tiger for DOS (the 11.75 I have) was stronger than Tiger I for
Windows.
