Subject: When is the next SSDF list? When will hardware be upgraded? (++450 MHZ)

Just like the text says,  when is the next SSDF list?
and more importantly, when will the hardware be upgraded like 900 MHZ to 1 GHZ?
If the hardware doubles in speed, do you think Fritz 6 will have a 2650+ SSDF
rating? or will it eclipse to 2700 SSDF?
Is the highest SSDF Swedish rating 3000?
