If you deal with journalists, you experience that they sometimes write unwanted
or incorrect things. Marcus Kaestner is an impulsive enthusiast who cannot
really hurt you with his circulation of 200-300 copies. He is no rocket
scientist but he represents the part of the market which is important for
Shredder: the computer chess freaks.

In my opinion this pompous law-suit-overreaction leaves a sour taste. I always
thought you had nothing to do with the legal threats/actions in the name of
Shredder. The campaign against the SSDF is only a couple of weeks behind us. If
it hadn't been such a repetitive boredom people might have actually read those
endless articles of your friends in German Chess Magazines against the SSDF.

Your post here provokes unwanted advice like the following: You are not good at
law suits and mud-throwing. You are good at writing chess programs.
