As is well known, there are many nuances of the z language that simply cannot be properly expressed in the g language, so I feel your translation is quite misleading and lacking the expressive elegance and subtleties of the original. But please do not blame yourself! The g language is quite gutteral in comparsion and so you had set for yourself a truly impossible task. A valiant effort, but I believe, a misguided one.
