The settings for CMSilver is exactly the same as CMQTest.  The only change is
the name.  If you don't have CMQTest, then I'll have to wait to send the
settings.  Believe it or not, the World Cup game I started at 7 am is still
going on!  It's been 14 hours now!  The sad effects of 40/120 when there is no
way to set it at 40/120 20/60 SD/30.  I hope that Chessmaster 8000 does have the
secondary and third time control settings.
