I see that tiger12(Dos) did not understand the KBP vs KPP endgame. Here is the relevant position [D]8/3k4/7p/2PK3P/8/1N6/pb6/8 b - - 0 1 Can the new tiger avoid a1R or a1Q(a1R is a strange move because a1Q is more logical and it should be considered before a1Q)? I am not sure if avoiding promotion is enough to win but at least it gives practical chances. I understood that the new tiger understands the KBPP vs K draw but I do not know if it understand the KBP vs KPP draw. Uri
