Personally for me...yes.
Mecking IMO is equal to seeing games of Karpov or Kasparov
against computers. While I don't disagree that most programs
would smash GM's at these time controls.....there are some GM's
that have a certain legend to them. Mecking is IMO one Shirov is not.
