CCR chooses what it will print!!! That is true!! Do you have the facts? For my part I can say you that ALL I have writen for CCR has been published, including things that were not good for business. You have remembered that episode with Hiarcs, where I commited a mistake, bad not only for Mark but also for CCR. Nevertheless, it was published. Respect to MCP7 critics from me, maybe you are right and I hurted Marty a lot more than I thought, but it was not question to hurt him just because I was in a hurry to strike first with an unncesary new, but because I honestly think that DOs programs are a nuissance, at least for a lot of people. And If really my sayings were damaging for Marty, then you cannot say that CCR, interested in selling, choose what they will print. Is one thing or another. The reason why my second article about MCp7 is has not been published already is sad: the father of Enrique Irazoqui, editor of the magazine, has died very recently and so Enrique halted his work for a while as he proceded with the funeral, legal issues of his family, etc. As far as >dumping goes I am not sure whether we are on the same wave length. >Dumping on=negative criticizm. I was trying to equate what you said >about KK hurting Rebel sales. Negative "sayings" about a program can >lessen sales just as well as what KK did. After what you said about MCP7 >and Dos, do you think I would take the chance to buy an unworkable >program? What so terrible I said after all? I said that I was not going to test or play anymore with DOS based programs. And so what? There is a lot of people that say very clearly has stated his will not to purchase Windows based programs. After all you were "dumped on" very hard when you said >something about Hiarcs that people did not like. Sure, you made an >honest mistake. Since you meant nothing evil I thought the harshness was >uncalled for. As far as my being sarcastic to you, it was just the >festering about the censoring crap! And finally, I wonder why Marty >answers my E-Mails and not yours. Are you sure you have his right E-Mail >address. It's on AOL. You don't believe I emailed Marty? This the copy of his answer: I have returned to my office and would like to help you with M-Chess 7. Please describe your operating system and DOS configuration to me. Is your computer on a network? How many hard drives on the computer? Which drive letter is assigned to your CD-ROM drive? Thank you, Marty The reason is then clear: Marty was not in the office so he did not receive my emails. Don, I have not the will to discuss with you, too become angry with you. And I don't think my work -bar or good- in CCR is censored in a way or another. If that is the case; I would reconsider my colaboration with it. But in all honesty I have trust in Steve and Enrique and I belive his innocence respect to any kind of censorship unless facts are presented to probe the contrary. Truly yours and merry Christmas Fernando
