THis is possible.  My interface checks for two things:

over the last 21 games (20 in history + current game) if it finds 5 or more
challenges (and I hopefully screen out resumptions) from the same player, it
will noplay them.  If various engine whisper announcements are given, it
watches the opponent and will noplay for 5 or more.  This last is not real
accurate since many don't identify their engine.
