Dear Mr. Czub,

The Bible says  " A soft answer turns away wrath".  You can see what happened
the other day when I was harsh to Mr. Kaestner when I said "We are not
interested".  That was cruel of me.  Everybody wants to be accepted and valued.

I also think that mediation is the way to go.
