That doesn't get you very far. Just type "+alias kibitz garbage" on ICC and no further kibitzes will happen. That was only 4 accounts. There were several others. Plus several other crafty programs that I watch on ICC. 89 here. 50 there. 100 over there. Doesn't take long to get to "hundreds" does it?
