There is no way at all to get your password and username removed. If you ask
them, they won't do it. I have a good deal of evidence for this.

I think it is a power issue. The only way that your password and username get
zapped is if they zap you. This process is reserved for them only.

You do, however have an option which is to post your own username and password
to the board, in which case, they will disable it very fast indeed.

After you resigned via this method you will, of course, be banned for at least
six months, although I didn't see any charter point concerning this. A strange
case of shutting the stable door after the horse has bolted. And confirming that
their power to zap you is so jealously guarded that they reserve their strongest
effective condemnation for those who remove it from them !!!
