White cannot force this position and the position from fisher's book is
different
This is the position from fisher's book

It seems to me that if black does not fall into the trap h4 Kf3 h3 then it can
play Kh2 and win the game.

The position of Fritz-Ham is similiar when the only difference is that the
colors are reversed.
