Does Rebel Tiger allow many ways of customising the engine? If so, sending a copy to Daniel might stop World Cups involving CM6000 but will probably spawn a new thread with personalities such as TigerQueen++ or Tigertest1... ! Is that any more interesting? Coin tossing involving Tiger personalities ? But didn't rebel have a contest involving finding the best playing and test taking personalities? If there is one for the new rebel, don't you think it will spurr him to work even harder? CM8000 at least as winboard support, so at least the new personality can be tested against a wider range of opponents like Crafty...
