I need to know a little more about your problem before I can help you fix it. Firstly, are you running Windows 2000 or Windows NT? If so, then I'm afraid that CM6000 does not support either of those platforms. What "new program" did you install? It is possible that it is an old program that has copied over some files that CM6000 requires to be more up-to-date (or vice versa)? jm
