Any restriction against Bob will activate several CCC members complaining, justified or not. And it will keep Bob going, like he already did, until new, fitting moderators are elected. Bob is like a small God here in CCC, he can do whatever he wants to, without any fear of restriction. Isn't it nice to be king? Guess why I keep out of such discussions and posting rarely, the current moderator set...well...I could imagine a better constellation.
