The publicy version is 3.11 or 3.11.2 (3.11+possibility to change the size of
HT).
The version 3.12 (Tournament in Massy) was a bad version (a lot of futility
pruning).

For Dragon 3.14 I fix a big probleme in the move ordering and I delete
an extension greedy in number of nodes. So Dragon 3.14 is faster than the
older version.
And big improvement, Christian Barreteau (Author of AnMon) give me the
description of his opening book. Dragon 3.14 is now compatible with
the good AnMon opening book. Dragon benefits of the good work of Christian
Barreteau.

I work on a new version Dragon 4, so I don't know if I give the version
of Dragon 3.14 because I must change some bad codes just writing for the
championship. But why not ?
