Hi,

a rating list with blitz games can be found on the webpage by Andreas Herrmann.
Andreas played with WinBoard Engines.

I think that Fritz is in Blitz 50 ELO better then Gandalf but not on longer time
controls. Gandalf have a lot of chess knowledge and it is not a Blitz program. I
have a lot of Gandalf results from different people, also my CCE results. Clear
is, that Gandalf played in my opinion the best middelgame what I saw, is for
analyses the best program and is one of the best 5 available programs. I can not
more make as to added games on my webpage or test results in the readme files.

The problem is the endgame. Gandalf played not bad in endgame but I think other
commercial programs are a little bit better.

So we have a new TOP program with played in my opinion the best king attacks and
fantastic combinations in middelgame.

When you have interest on Blitz games I think it is better to play with LGoliath
or Fritz (Fritz is also good for games with longer time controls). I have no
interest on Blitz games. OK, I played also Gandalf test games with Blitz time
controls but only for the beta test. I mean for a test to check different time
controls under Chess-Base GUIs. Gandalf played perfect with the WinBoard adapter
under Chess-Base GUIs.

Best
Frank
