English is not my first language but I can say that my understanding of the words is different I understand that it means "I am not sure if you are right or wrong about the facts" People can be wrong about the facts without lying. I also believe that I honestly doubt does not mean to say: "I believe that you are wrong about the facts" but only to say: "I am not sure if you are right or wrong about the facts".
