Well on icc i believe the minimum amount of time for a move that is
deducted is .1 seconds. this feature has been added for about a year or so now
it didnt use to be this way. Computers are not the only ones that take
advantage of time. I watched a game on the icc were this guy kept shuffling his
king between 2 spaces for like 4 0 moves tell his opponent a computer flagged.
