And your one liner didn't have any serious content of any kind. I see no parallel with "children" and teaching. _I_ teach _adults_ here at UAB. And yes, I have to correct their grammar, show them how to write reasonable reports, how to document source code, etc. And no one balks at the advice. I pointed out that someone was using an extremely poor choice of subject line wordings that were misleading in the extreme. I asked that he be more careful. As politely as I could have asked. If you had a serious point, perhaps you had better explain it better.
