In this case the weak position of the white king in h3 in not very promising. 41.Rg6 prevents Bg1 and I guess that after 41...Kf8 42.Bd5 oculd force black to choose if he wants to keep the pressure on the a or h pawn. but you're right this is not 100% a clear win.
