With an extra pawn, usually it is considered dead draw with opposite bishops
only, but with one more rook the extra pawn should be enogh to win.

In this case the weak position of the white king in h3 in not very promising.

41.Rg6 prevents Bg1 and I guess that after 41...Kf8 42.Bd5 oculd force black to
choose if he wants to keep the pressure on the a or h pawn.

but you're right this is not 100% a clear win. Kramnik would have had to proove
it on ver the board.
