This might (or might not) be a good idea.  However, it does seem to represent
a lot of work, and might be too invasive.  IE typical moderator philosophy has
been to warn, then delete if things didn't get better.  Deleting a part of
a post would be a paid, as it _could_ change the meaning of the post completely.

I agree as to where they really belong.  But I don't give much thought to their
showing up here in small numbers.
