Actually, that may be a problem (depending upon how much noise you can tolerate). In the past month or so, we have received very, very few moderator form requests. Generally, that is what I use to decide if people are offended by something. Once in a great while, I will read something where someone simply goes ballistic foul-mouthed or what have you and "know without outside input" that action needs to take place. There have been very, very few complaints made lately using the moderation-form. One might use that statistic to conclude that everything is running smoothly. But the 'outrage' posts and long threads of argument are a counter-argument to that idea. Personally, as long as people are arguing the issues and not simply name-calling, I don't see a big problem with the recent discussions. But others may feel differently. The only way for the moderators to know how other people feel about certain posts is to receive notification from the members. It is also a good idea to point out *exactly* what it is about a message that you find offensive.
