Do you see the thinking process in the "Statistics" window?
If yes, then the book is not activated.
If the book is activated, then Tiger should move almost immediately, and in the
"statistics" window you should see "Score: 0.00 depth: 1" after the program has
moved.

Tiger does not use tablebases.
