I was finally able to compile it with those settings, thanks.  I did, however,
get a whole bunch of warnings about "decimal integer value so large it is
unsigned" in EGTB.CPP, along with a few "variable declared but unused" messages.
 What I got is faster than with MSVC++6 intro, but still slower than the ftp
file (smaller than the ftp too).
