I'm not familiar with chess partner. Is this the adaptor used by rebel? If not what is it? The support by this chess partner thing appears good. Chessbase really needs to provide the programmer with a debug log so that we can figure out whats going on. I was hunting for such a file in my fritz engines directory and i could not find one and could not figure out why they did not provide that. If chess partner is something other than rebel i would appreciate knowing exactly what it is and if it connects to internet and provides a book. Also now a general question about the rebel package internnet support. Is it as fully functional as winboard. Is there a console to see text. Can you play a variety of time controls at one login or do you have to program the time for each game within rebel. As opposed to typing a seek for say 3 times and then the engine takes the correct time from icc. Does it have something similar to the gameend command.
