I recently got pulsar to run under chess partner. It works fine i even
connected it to the icc. But chess partner sends the first move to pulsar for
pulsar to look up in its book. How do i get it to use the book i create under
chess partner. Also does the download chess partner come with a book? Maybe
thats the problem. The engine that comes with chess partner seems to use a book
so I would assume pulsar can use that one. There are no book options that i can
see in the configurable ini file that is used to edit commands from chess
partner to engine.
When i went to create a book under chess partner with a twic issue an error
occured. Not a strange malfuntion error but a chess partner generated error
message. So i'm not sure if it loaded that book from twic anyway and pulsar
didnt get to use it or if no book was loaded. Chess partner creates books
slowly. I'd hate to make a large book, 100K games, and find that there is an
error and 12 hours of creating has been wasted. Is it possible to download large
books for chess partner anywhere?
