Definitely not.

In the endgame, Chess Tiger and Gambit Tiger have exactly the same knowledge and
the same speed, so they are IDENTICAL.

Generally speaking, Gambit Tiger has ALL the knowledge of Chess Tiger PLUS
knowledge about king attacks.

Which does not mean that Gambit Tiger is stronger (in term of match results)
than Chess Tiger. Having more knowledge is not enough, the knowledge must also
be used in a balanced way.

It is possible that the attacking style of Gambit Tiger backfires sometimes.

This is why we do not know at this time which engine is objectively stronger.
