i recently posted that rebel 9 light keeps crashing my computer. kk gave me some suggestions about how to fix the problem. they did not work. so, i thought that maybe it just did not like my computer. turns out that when i loaded it onto a friends machine, it crashed his computer also. afterwards, we deleted the program from his hd (i am not a software pirate). here is the sequence that will always cause the program to crash my machine: 1. load a game from the database 2. analyze the game for both white and black. i have tried both 2 and 10 sec/move. 3. save the game to a text file. 4. start a new game. if anyone has rebel 9 light, please let me know if this will sequence crash your computer. i am kind of hacked off about this since r9 light is the first program that i have bought in about 5 years and i cannot use the thing to analyze my games, which is the primary reason that i bought it. tony
