probing the tablebases takes time so if you can do it faster by evaluation then
it is better.

Another point is that similiar rules can be used in order to know if  KBP vs KPP
is not a win for the KBP or KBPP vs KP when the pawns of white in the same file.

You need to be more carful here because adding pawns for the weaker side does
not always keep the draw.

Here is a simple example:

5K1k/8/6p1/7p/7P/8/B7/8 w - - 0 1
black is losing when without the black pawns it is a draw.
