The position below is the most difficult there is in this particular kind of endgame.It was proposed in 1851 by Kling and Horwitz,and solved only in 1928 by Rauser. Source:"Practical Chess Endings" by Paul Keres,position 240 Black plays and White wins: [D]8/8/8/5KB1/p7/P4k2/8/8 b White needs around 30 moves to prove the win. JAFM
