Rebel offers an excellent support to theirs users, in my opinion this should also be transformed in money. I bought Genius6 (my first disappointment with Millennium) and I didn't make the upgrade for Schreder4+Genius6.5+Nimzo2000 because I had to send the CD (or the paper slip of the CD) to do the upgrade, and because I already had Nimzo2000. In the upgrade for Rebel 11 (I already did) you don't need to send anything for them, everything is made through the internet. A pity, I would like to buy Schreder5, because it is the only top program that I never had, but it seems that Millennium is not knowing as pleasing their customers. Paulo
