i think i've had this problem as well when creating a book. I dont remember
exactly what i did but i remember basicly what i did.  I think the first
instinct is to load the book again but it tells you book allready loaded. What i
did was load another book which can be off cd if you want then close it and
reload the original book. after this it took and rememberd the book.  i dont
remember if I had to close the book to load another or just hit load, play
around with it should work.
