The only thing I can say is Junior 6 is almost a year old so if that's your choice you might want to wait for the new version in a few months maybe? Another thing about Junior 6. It crashes on me all the time. I have not had any problems with Fritz 6 (same GUI) crashing. For that reason I will not buy a new Junior program when it comes out. I have complained to Chessbase but they don't seem to care. You pay your money and you take your chances. Chessmaster 6000 should be almost free by now. The patch gives you the "refuel" option which last about 10 days but has a number of times you use it limit so the 10 days can turn into 3 or 4 days. ChessMaster 8000 seems like it might be good if you don't mind not having auto232 capability but you can expect bugs in the early versions. Just my 2 cents. Jim
