For two very simple reasons: - first because in the past it was much cheaper than most of the other (professional programs); - second becasue its target was the home user and not the computer chess hobbist. The first combined with the second implied that it was belived to be more a toy than a professional tool, the first also influenced the (moderate) interest in the retailer in its marketing (actually it is much easier to get it for less in other general purpose game-stores), the second implied that it had little tools for "experts" and more "bells" for general customers. All of this has nothing to do with the (exceptionall) program strenght, and now that it has also analisys features the definition will change for sure. regards Franz
