Confirming that the problem isn't just a local occurance seem to be a logical
first step. Since the person in question was already connected, using an
available forum also seem logical. I probably wouldn't do the same but it's
understandable behaviour nonetheless.

There isn't a lot of very limited off topic threads around, so adding one
doesn't really matter. You're right that an OT label should have been attached
if the correct procedure was to be followed. However the subject line is
selfexplanatory unless you have problems with the english language or a reading
disability. In other words, not a big deal unless you're a prude IMHO.
