Hi:
In the site they explain that what this utility does is making Windows modular,
that is, desmembering some of its parts as modules that can be instaled or not
instead of being a whole and untouchable unity. So, by example, I unisntaled
Internet Explorer saving 36 Mb and speeding a lot Windos Me. Now I browse with
netscapa or neoplanet.  More detauils maybe you can get there, in the site. What
matter for us, users, is that works great.
