This might be helpfull to my 5 year old computer which took quite a beating when
I upgraded it to Win98 to get FAT32 systems for a bigger HD.  I ended up adding
memory, but wished I had added more, and I still need to be carefull how thing
are setup to keep it working at a decent pace.

But it seems to me that this could all be done rather manually instead of with
their program.  I'd have to reread all this stuff to see if I could do it
(without breaking a sweat, that is)
