Kasparov and Kramnik have an ELo inflated in the same way due to the closed
circles of tournaments they play in.

Moreover|:
- the ELO does not give and exact prediction of the outcome of a match,
- matches are different from tournaments,
- and 16 games are little to talk about staistical relevance.
