Some questions:

1)Who is going to pay the money?

2)Why only GM's?
I think that an IM who knoe to play against computers can be more productive
then a GM who does not know to play against computers.

3)What is the opinion of the payer about suggesting the following challange that
will be open to everyone:

3000$ for a win,1000$ for a draw,loss of 1000$ for a loss
