Posting all those error messages is useless, in my opinion. Anyway, it looks
like some kind of #ifdef -> #include preprocessor structure. I've never compiled
Crafty but walking through its code (C, not C++) you probably need to define the
target OS your compiling for (some sort of uncomment in the makefile, maybe?).
