Mmm, I wouldn't know about that... I remember that it was put forward on Rebel
Board as Martin said back in the Rebel 9 days. Ed or Robert Kemper wrote a patch
but it somehow was not taken up in following versions of the GUI. It is just the
description given of the symbols of + over = etc. which can be put in the
game-comments by the user, so the user just has to know which symbols to use for
himself if he wants to write a move-comment and it should be alright. The
symbols are not used by Rebel itself in its own analysis, otherwise that would
certainly get confusing!
